Our goals are to advance Democratic values and elect Democratic candidates to local, state, and national offices. We do that by endorsing candidates in various elections, fundraising, campaigning (precinct walking, calling, mailing, etc.), attending the state party conventions, recruiting candidates, and any other way that we can think of.

NEED VOLUNTEER for THURSDAY, 7-10, for TABLING AT FAIR

Napa County Democratic Central Committee is asking for  volunteers for final shift THIS Thursday from 7 – 10. It will be fun and rewarding to help register voters, sell political swag (buttons/stickers) and give away candy to the kids!  And of course, they will provide your admission to the fair and you are welcome to enjoy the fair before or after your shift. And, you are welcome to bring a friend!

Thursday 8/10 –  2 shifts @7:00-10:00

Meet & Greet with State Controller Betty Yee

Betty has over 30 years of experience in public service, specializing in state and local finance and tax policy and is currently serving as California’s 32nd State Controller.

As California’s chief financial officer and independent fiscal watchdog, Betty maintains the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the Controller’s office relating to the management and oversight of the State’s finances. Often speaking of her office as one that minds the store for our Golden State, Betty will continue seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and excellence. Paramount to Betty’s service and leadership as Controller is maintaining fiscal and financial integrity and accountability.
